Jeffrey M. Popper, CPA is a cum laude graduate from the University of Pennyslvania's Wharton School of Business where he obtained a BS in Economics with a major in Accounting in 1983. He has been advising companies and high net worth individuals in the Tri-State area for more than 20 years. Jeff began his career at Touche Ross & Company in Boston, MA, where he attained the level of manager before leaving to join Popper & Company LLP in 1988.
For his individual and family clients, Jeff is intimately involved in tax planning for his high net worth individuals, advising on both year end planning as well as transaction based planning in addition to providing counseling on estate, retirement and financial planning matters. Raymond W. Kong, CPA, MST is the Director of Tax at Popper & Company LLP with over twenty years experience in the field of taxation. His background includes tax compliance and tax consulting for C corporations, S corporations, partnerships and limited liability companies in various industries (i.e., manufacturing, real estate, retail, wholesale, etc.) as well as high net worth individuals, trusts and tax exempt organizations. Raymond received his Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with concentrations in Accounting, Finance and Management Information Systems from the State University of New York at Buffalo and his Master of Science degree in Taxation from the City University of New York’s Bernard M. Baruch College. Raymond is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the New York State Society of Certified Public Accountants.
Neal E. Mintz, CPA is an Accounting Manager at Popper & Company LLP with over 25 years of experience in public accounting providing diverse tax and assurance services. He joined Popper & Company in 1996. Neal has extensive experience in all areas of audit, accounting, tax engagements, and business consulting for closely held businesses and high net-worth individuals.
